A local government council in Wales is seeking a Service Manager to lead its Procurement Team, overseeing complex procurement projects and managing a small team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public procurement and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to head up our Procurement Team within the Council’s Procurement & Commissioning Service. This is an exciting opportunity following investment in the Service and a move towards a Category Management style of approach.
This is a key role for an experienced procurement professional who will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment working for Team Ceredigion as well as leading on and providing expert advice on an exciting pipeline of procurement projects and managing and developing a small team.
