Ideal candidates will possess strong technical knowledge of WiFi protocols such as 802.1X, WPA2/3, and RADIUS, alongside hands-on experience with large-scale digital services and authentication platforms. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with engineers, senior leaders, end users, and diverse stakeholders. The role suits someone energetic, adaptable, and proactive, who thrives in environments encouraging open debate, innovation, and creative problem-solving. You will contribute not only to service delivery but also to fostering an inclusive culture balancing outcomes with team wellbeing.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, influencing cross-functional teams, and making a meaningful impact through collaboration and technical expertise, this role offers the ideal platform to contribute to national digital infrastructure success.

Oversee daily operations, performance monitoring, and availability of WiFi authentication services across government and associated organizations, ensuring uninterrupted, secure connectivity.

Lead regular service reviews, workshops, and user community meetups to promote transparency, share insights, and foster continuous service improvement.

Champion a user-centric approach by incorporating feedback and service data analytics into the prioritization and refinement of the service backlog, working closely with Product Managers and engineers.

Stay current with advancements in WiFi, network authentication, and related technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance service security, reliability, and user experience.

Prepare and deliver operational reports, presentations, and briefings for central government bodies, advocating transparency and learning from incident reviews and audits.

Support governance compliance, risk management, and security standards related to network authentication services.

Foster a positive team environment that encourages psychological safety, diversity of ideas, and a balance between delivering outcomes and team wellbeing.
