A leading UK retail company is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to ensure safety and operational efficiency across their sites in Swindon and Gloucester. You'll be integral to planned and reactive maintenance, providing a seamless shopping environment. The ideal candidate must possess multiple HVAC certifications and a valid driving license, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Tesco, covering our Gloucester, Swindon and Newbury areas, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our environments comfortable, safe, and fully operational for both customers and colleagues. Your expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems will ensure our stores remain energy‑efficient and compliant with safety standards.
You’ll be part of a skilled maintenance team, responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. From diagnosing faults to carrying out repairs and optimising system performance, your work will help ensure a seamless shopping experience for thousands of customers every day.
This is a hands‑on, mobile role that requires strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a commitment to high standards of service and safety.
