Role Overview

CK Group, a diagnostics company, is recruiting a Service Demand Planning Associate for a six‑month contract at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The position supports hybrid working, with two days on site each week.

Salary

Hourly: £15.00 – £17.00 PAYE or £19.89 – £22.55 Umbrella (inside IR35)

Responsibilities
  • Use digital tools to monitor demand and supply of service activities, exceptions and imbalances.
  • Update customers on case changes to maintain effective communication and project success.
  • Identify supply issues associated with established plans and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Support weekly demand‑supply balance meetings by providing insight that enables specialists to build a supply overview and manage demand.
  • Monitor system data quality to ensure optimal process performance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a demand planning function.
  • A‑level educated or equivalent.
  • Experience working with a CRM system and making decisions based on data analysis.
  • Essential experience operating enterprise information systems (e.g. SAP, ERP, CRM).
  • Previous experience working in a technology‑led environment, ideally in healthcare.
