Qualifications

  • A working experience within a Service Advisor role is required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers about required vehicle service and repair work.
  • Produce Job Cards using in-house computer systems.
  • Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
  • Prepare and complete Invoices.
  • Advise Customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs.
  • Complete other ad-hoc duties as required.

Overview

We are advertising on behalf of an Automotive Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Gloucester area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Technical Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements
