What You'll Do:
  • Lead Research: Drive user research projects, partnering with Designers, Developers, Analysts, and Service Design/Data Science teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Innovate & Experiment: Use a full range of qualitative and quantitative methods‑guerrilla testing, workshops, persona creation, card sorting‑to uncover user needs and test new ideas.
  • Shape Strategy: Devise research strategies, analyze findings, and translate insights into recommendations that guide service design and development.
  • Mentor & Collaborate: Support junior researchers, foster a collaborative team culture, and champion the integration of user insights throughout the design process.
  • Agile Environment: Thrive in a fast‑paced, agile setting where creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness are valued.
What We're Looking For:
  • Government Experience: Strong background in government digital projects, ideally with hands‑on GDS experience.
