Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail Design, especially in cosmetics and/or Travel Retail.
• Ability to manage projects under pressure and autonomously.
• Highly organized with a creative eye.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Store Design team delivering counter builds across TR UK & EMEA.
• Manage design, technical approvals, budget, and implementation.
• Build relationships with suppliers and retailers for collaboration.
• Support direct reports in achieving their annual objectives.
