A leading NHS Trust in Birmingham seeks a healthcare professional to contribute to early rehabilitation and discharge planning. This role involves supporting therapy staff and working within a flexible 7-day shift system. The ideal candidate should have an awareness of rehabilitation and discharge processes, with opportunities for professional development and agile working arrangements.
The successful applicants will be involved in early rehabilitation and discharge planning within a range of different conditions; therefore should have an awareness of rehabilitation and discharge planning.
Supervision will be provided by the Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and continuous professional development is supported through appraisal and internal and external training.
The Therapy Services operate within a 7 day shift system; post holders will be required to work weekend, late shift and bank holiday rotas.
