We’re looking for a Senior Technician to take charge of our Quality Control team, overseeing sampling and testing of Concrete, Asphalt, and Quarry products. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team management across major national projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise up to 10 Quality Control Technicians
  • Ensure rigorous testing standards in line with British Standards and UKAS procedures
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Whatley Laboratory
  • Collaborate with Area and Regional Technical Managers to maintain excellence
  • Support continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction
