• Significant experience in personal injury claims within a law firm, insurer, TPA, or in-house claims team.
• Proven track record in handling high-value, complex claims.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large caseload of high-value and/or complex EL/PL and Motor claims.
• Act as a technical referral point for internally handled claims.
• Scrutinise invoices from external panel law firms for best value.
