Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of education recruiters, supporting performance and growth.
  • Manage your own billing desk, maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Drive business development within the education sector, securing new school partnerships.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
  • Contribute to team strategy, growth plans, and recruitment initiatives.
