Job summary

A technology solutions company in the United Kingdom is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to take responsibility for the design, development, and support of advanced solutions. The ideal candidate will manage engineering lifecycle activities including requirements management, integration, and testing. Qualifications

  • Must have relevant engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer is essential.
  • Proven capability in requirements capture and management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Provide technical inputs to bidding activities.
  • Conduct integration and production qualification activities.
  • Lead product trialing and testing activities.
  • Generate and execute work packages.

Skills

Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer
A good understanding of requirements capture
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE
Leadership and team leading
Experience of Sonar or the Underwater Battlespace environment

Senior Systems Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience.

Theskills you need
