Qualifications

  • Must be able to work autonomously and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of structural and latent defect claims.
  • Assess damage and diagnose defects during site visits.
  • Oversee reinstatement works and produce final reports.
  • Support traditional surveying tasks for the team.
  • Collaborate remotely with external engineers.
