A utility services provider in Wales is seeking a Senior Supervisor to manage operational workstreams and lead Field Supervisors. The ideal candidate has over 5 years experience in supervisory roles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while driving performance and continuous improvement. You’ll be a proactive and experienced Senior Supervisor working on key operational workstreams including Private Leakage, Lead Renewal, New Connections, and Reactive Metering. You’ll manage and coach a team of Field Supervisors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and exceptional customer service. Acting as the area expert and escalation point for complex issues, you’ll drive performance, resolve challenges, and promote a high‑performance culture.
You’ll champion Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct site audits, and maintain high workmanship quality. Commercially minded, you’ll monitor financial performance, optimise resource use, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies. Regular one‑to‑one and team meetings will support development, set clear objectives, and ensure compliance.
This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll track key metrics including CSAT and Net Promoter Score, using feedback to enhance service delivery. You’ll also handle escalated customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
