Commercially minded, you’ll monitor financial performance, optimise resource use, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies. Regular one‑to‑one and team meetings will support development, set clear objectives, and ensure compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll track key metrics including CSAT and Net Promoter Score, using feedback to enhance service delivery. • Excellent Health and Safety knowledge and a personal commitment to safe working practices.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse financial data (e.g., Cost Value Reports) and use it to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with field teams, senior management, and customers.
