Senior Sub Agent – Highways

Salary: £38000 - 48000
Location: Yorkshire
Regions: North of England, North West

You will require knowledge in the management of staff on a major roads/highways project for a tier one/principal contractor.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting the Agent when and where required
• Managing and tasking of Site Engineers
• Conveying planned works and ensuring the completion thereof
• Enforcing method statements and managing the risk
• Monitoring the budget and compiling cost reports
• Ensuring Health and Safety as well as QA
• Flagging and resolving technical issues
• Management of Site Engineering staff and subcontractors
• Building continuous relationships with the client and Consulting teams

Requirements:

• A Civil Engineering qualification
• Extensive previous highways/ major roads construction projects
• Experience on large projects for tier one/principal contractors
• Sound management skills
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
