What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you’ll provide essential clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day. You’ll act as a positive role model, lead by example, and support the team in delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

  • Provide daily clinical leadership, ensuring exceptional care and adherence to best practice guidelines
  • Oversee service user assessments, admissions, and discharge planning in collaboration with their care team
  • Foster a learning and reflective culture, empowering staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead recruitment, retention, and induction of staff, mentoring newly qualified staff and students
  • Promote effective communication with service users, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld, managing risk assessments and care plans to protect all service users
  • Advocate for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and their choices are respected
