Senior Site Manager - Cambridgeshire

£60,000 to £70,000 plus package

Our client is a respected contractor specialising in commercial projects, with a balanced portfolio comprising 50% new build developments and 50% refurbishment and alteration works. Their projects span hospitals, hotels, schools, and heritage buildings, with a strong presence across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, South Norfolk, and North London.

Due to sustained growth and an increase in workload, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
Candidate requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing commercial new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects successfully within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • A valid SMSTS card.
  • A valid CSCS card.
