Overview

Job Title: Senior Site Manager | Location: Nottingham

Thorn Baker’s award-winning client is looking for a Senior Site Manager for a brand-new traditional build housing development consisting of 65 units. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing housing developer with exciting new projects commencing in the Midlands.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
  • Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
  • Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
  • Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and ensure any issues are corrected immediately.
Required Skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across traditional build housing programmes.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
