What We’re Looking For

• At least one year’s experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a casual‑fine dining restaurant.
• Confidence in following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section.
• A strong desire to grow—many of our Head Waiters are promoted from within, supported by the Columbo Academy development programme.
