Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Configure and deploy firewalls and managed switches to support network infrastructure.
• Manage mobile devices across multiple operating systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register across the IT estate.
• Maintain installed software using remote deployment tools.
• Deploy and maintain the school’s telephony and PA systems.
• Maintain and provision access for cloud services used by the school.
• Maintain hardware and software for data security.
• Assist in safeguarding with reports from filtering software.
• Stay current with developments in educational technology.
