While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities. About the team
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Canva’s success - we’ve hired some of the best people from all over the world and it takes a curious, tenacious and creative Recruiter to make sure we’re always discovering talent that will take Canva into the future.
As the GTM Recruiter, you'll develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders to understand Canva’s continually evolving Product organisation. You will own the hiring efforts for our Sales, Customer Success and other specialised roles within our GTM teams. You'll develop creative recruiting strategies while focusing on global sourcing, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to engaging passive candidates.
You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and act as the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the recruiting and interviewing process and connecting them to the magic of working at Canva.
You’ll be the subject matter expert partnering with the business to continuously educating us on the what, where, and how of sourcing strategies, including market data, trends, and the best sourcing channels to engage top talent. You’ll pioneer and lead the usage of new tools for talent mapping, candidate nurturing, and building market intelligence to share with the Canva teams.
