Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy independent agency in Southampton, supporting continued growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Managing and progressing residential sales and lettings transactions
  • Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to clients
  • Assisting with valuations and property listings (experience beneficial)
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Proven experience in residential sales and / or lettings (essential)
  • Valuation and listing experience (preferred)
