LDNY is working with some of the UK s leading property developers and contractors.

We have a number of exciting LIVE opportunities for experienced Senior Sales Consultants across the London and the South East.

We are looking for driven, proactive sales professionals who are ready and eager to establish themselves in a major player!

On offer is:

  • A salary upto £40,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped commission and an achievable OTE of £60,000

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating the sales of new luxury homes to prospective buyers, both on and off plan.
  • Providing clients with detailed information about the site, properties and any further knowledge about the local area and wider market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential/prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring both a smooth transition and exceptional journey.
  • Supporting the Team Leader and helping the team deliver exceptional results and best possible returns.

The aboved list is a guideline and not limited to, additional responsibilities will be discussed if deemed necessary for the role.

This role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Sales Consultant, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive or a Senior Sales person within the New Homes sector.
