• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• 12 months senior experience in a Residential setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and deputize for the Registered Manager.
• Ensure team of care workers are trained in mandatory learning.
• Communicate individual care plans with on-site team.
• Maintain accurate written records.
• Contribute to team and staff meetings.
• Provide support to young people.
• Encourage re-engagement with education.
• Travel with young people to school.
• Prepare meals and maintain the home environment.
• Organize social activities.
