Are you a Rail Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on NEC 4 contracts for Network Rail?

Have you worked on station upgrade and renewal projects?

Location: Swindon or Bristol office + hybrid working (2 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + £6000 car allowance

My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add two Senior Quantity Surveyors to their team to work on a number of station upgrade and new station projects in the Wales and Western region as part of CP7.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with NEC 4 contracts for Network Rail
2. Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar
3. Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a rail project for a contractor, preferably station renewals or enhancements
4. Preferred to have achieved/be working towards chartership
5. CSCS and PTS preferred
