The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become a key player in a 35-strong team delivering large-scale, complex commercial projects across Central London.

From soaring towers and landmark office buildings to ambitious repurposing projects and premium Cat A & B fit-outs – you’ll manage career-defining schemes that shape the city skyline.

This is a fast-paced, high-reward environment where the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full ownership of multimillion-pound projects, lead client relationships, mentor junior talent, and ensure seamless delivery across every phase.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS qualification (essential)
• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
• Extensive experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, major office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior surveyors
