Senior Quantity Surveyor

A highly respected Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices nationwide is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the growth of their Leicester office.

Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

With the recent retirement of an experienced Quantity Surveyor, the director in Leicester is looking for an individual who enjoys project delivery and can hit the ground running.

Project-wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad mix of education, university, residential and local authority schemes.

Qualifications

• Ideally MRICS
• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Strong PQS / Consultancy background
• Excellent pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Driving licence and car
