They have recently secured a landmark £200m residential development in Birmingham and are now seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of working on large-scale construction projects. You will be a strong negotiator with excellent communication and organizational skills.
