About the role

We're looking for a Senior project manager to support several business critical, multinational and transformational projects led by the Compliance team. These are complex projects involving a large number of stakeholders and workstreams.

What you'll do

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects.

Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present updates to senior leadership, including Board and Executive-level stakeholders.

Drive the success of project committees through meticulous planning, documentation, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and success criteria.

Coordinate resources and timelines across diverse workstreams.

Create and manage dashboards, committee materials, and meeting documentation.

Ensure consistency and quality across all project deliverables.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.

What you'll bring
