Overview

Senior Project Manager - London, Birmingham or Manchester - £80,000

We are partnered with a leading organisation and looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to deliver complex technology projects within their corporate systems function. This is a senior-level position with responsibility for ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed objectives, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This position would suit a highly motivated professional with a proven record of success in technical project delivery, complemented by strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities

• Define and agree project objectives, scope, and delivery approach in line with strategic priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects, ensuring robust planning, effective resourcing, and on-time execution.
• Manage multiple workstreams, third-party suppliers, and project budgets in excess of £500k.
• Apply effective governance, risk management, and reporting processes.
• Oversee change management and transition activities to ensure business readiness and benefit realisation.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in delivering SAP software projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and significant budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, methodologies, and best practice approaches.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
• Experience of managing procurement and commercial processes within the project lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project and PowerPoint.
