Qualifications

Overview

I'm working with a well-established consultancy in the heart of Bristol who are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager. The PM team is currently around 12 people - close-knit, collaborative, and with plans to expand - making this a great opportunity to step into a senior role and have a real influence on projects and the team.

The role involves leading projects across healthcare, education, and residential sectors throughout the South West. They're after someone confident taking ownership of projects, managing clients, and mentoring junior team members as the team grows.

In this role you'll:

  • Lead projects from initial planning through to completion
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, programming, risk, and reporting
  • Manage project teams and provide guidance to more junior staff
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality
What we're looking for
  • Strong background in construction consultancy / project management
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Open in terms of project sector experience
  • Ideally fully or near-fully chartered (RICS, APM, CIOB)
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects (RIBA 0-6)
  • NEC/JCT contract experience
