An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Lead to run a flagship high‑rise Student Accommodation scheme in West London. This is a pivotal leadership role, acting as the No.1 on‑site, overseeing the delivery of a 21‑storey tower comprising 412 beds.

Role responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the 21‑storey tower, from construction through to handover
  • Manage all site operations, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Champion health & safety, compliance, and sustainability standards
  • Report directly to the leadership team
