Solvere Technical Group currently seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan and designate project resources, provide for the daily administrative needs to execute production contract oversight to include documentation and administrative support in the areas of communications, documentation capture, writing, task tracking, briefings, and meeting support. Will develop and generate PowerPoint presentations, emails, documents, white papers, spreadsheets, graphs, program documentation, and record meeting notes and action items. The Senior Project Manager will also monitor the production contractor’s IMS, using Primavera, for consistency and accuracy on a weekly basis and report new discrepancies and monitor existing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience with at least 4 (four) years of experience in a project management role.
  • Knowledge of ship construction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software suite, including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Primavera.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating and interacting with Executive Level Service.
  • Strong leadership qualities; strong interpersonal skills; high level of professionalism; ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Security:

  • Must pass a standard background check.

Public trust clearance required.

Work Location:

Will work “Onsite” at 13980 Shell Belt Road, Bayou La Batre, AL 36509

Travel:

  • Occasional travel is expected with this position.
