  • Base salary range: $134,288 – $142,099 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area

Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a comprehensive range of University-wide services. We are excited to share, that we are expanding our team to support the delivery of several new and important projects across our portfolio. This growth reflects both the scale of upcoming work and our commitment to ensuring we have the right expertise in place to deliver successfully. This role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager with built from expertise in all facets of project management (Client side and delivery) including full project life cycle responsibility for managing multiple projects at one time.

About the opportunity
  • You will lead the effective delivery of the University's high-impact and often complex capital works projects and programs.
  • You will be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery—from initial planning and design input through to procurement, construction, and close-out—ensuring alignment with the University’s strategic and operational goals.
  • This role includes procuring and managing external project managers where appropriate, as well as delivering certain projects directly.
  • You will also contribute to the development of the University’s strategic asset management and capital works project delivery frameworks.
About you
  • You must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Architecture, or Project Management, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise to manage built form projects safely and effectively.
  • Substantial and extensive relevant experience at an appropriate level including demonstrated experience having led full lifecycle delivery of complex major capital works projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Australian Building Codes and Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clients, consultants and project teams in the delivery of major capital projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic and operational advice to senior management.
