A growing engineering company located in Stockport is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams and ensure on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in heavy industry manufacturing and hold a relevant qualification. Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a manufacturing / production supervisor role.
• IOSH / NEBOSH or other health and safety qualification.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure team operates according to Health and Safety policies.
• Lead team to deliver product to cost and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily reporting of primary business measures.

Skills

Heavy industry manufacturing experience

Leadership of Manufacturing teams

Project reporting and KPIs

Working knowledge of SAP

Computer skills (MS Office)

Education

HND / Degree in manufacturing / engineering
