This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, operating in a varied and diverse role, and applying your transferable skills across multiple areas of spend.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT, product, and service categories, including RFPs, eAuctions, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Manage the full contract‑lifecycle, from negotiation and implementation to performance monitoring and handover/exit.
  • Oversee supplier performance, ensuring SLAs align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis to provide actionable insights and create supplier shortlists.
  • Mitigate third‑party supplier risks, with a focus on sustainability and continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, measuring, monitoring, and reporting on essential business priorities.
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Procurement experience within relevant IT, corporate and professional services (experience across all mentioned categories is not required).
  • Proven ability to optimize procurement processes, delivering cost efficiencies and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in category management and supplier relationship management, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Skilled at working in cross‑functional teams and adapting to fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in negotiation strategies, supplier engagements, and contract finalization.
  • Familiarity with eSourcing systems, with a preference for experience in contract/vendor management tools and Finance ERP systems.
