Qualifications

• 10+ years of UK experience with a Main Contractor, ideally in Pre-Construction.
• Experience in PCSA or 2-stage procurement is essential.
• Familiarity with the procurement process and construction management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction bid process and manage a preconstruction team.
• Collaborate with Business Development to pursue new tender opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and serve as primary liaison during preconstruction.
