What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage a complex caseload independently, receiving structured supervision and managerial support.
  • Act as a Practice Educator and mentor, promoting professional development across the team.
  • Handle high-risk and complex cases, ensuring safeguarding is prioritised at all times.
  • Deputise for the Team Manager, assuming leadership duties as required.
  • Perform timely assessments and deliver services aligned with regulatory and statutory frameworks.
  • Chair key meetings and produce comprehensive, court-ready reports based on sound evidence and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to provide holistic support for families and young people.
  • Model best practices and uphold the highest professional standards, promoting growth and resilience in families.

  • Safeguarding & Risk Management: Provide strategic advice on managing complex safeguarding concerns while promoting a culture of safety.
