A healthcare organization in the UK seeks a Plaster Technician to join their team across two hospitals. The ideal candidate should hold the British Casting Certificate and have experience in a plaster room. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the department while demonstrating flexibility and high standards in a busy environment.
Plaster Technician required to join our team and work cross site at both the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. You must hold the British Casting Certificate (formerly BOA/BOAN diploma in plastering technique) and have experience working in a plaster room. The role is exciting and varied due to the spectrum of specialty clinics, and you will need wide-ranging skills to ensure the smooth running of the department.
You will need to possess a wide variety of clinical skills, be approachable and have a flexible attitude at all times. You must have high standards and thrive in busy and challenging situations. You must be highly organised and have the tenacity to keep going when things are tough.
Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check at Enhanced Level (Enhanced level now includes regulated checks against vulnerable adults and children). All successful applicants will be required to complete our corporate trust induction once a start date has been agreed.
