The Role

As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own performance marketing strategy and implementation across the full ecosystem: from paid social and search to emerging channels, affiliates and performance driving partnerships. • Define and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy across multiple channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates, partnerships etc.)
    • Balance long-term sales-building activity with short-term conversion tactics, ensuring channel mix supports sustainable growth
    • Partner with Brand, influencer, partnerships and CRM teams to ensure performance activity integrates with broader marketing and commercial goals
    • Drive rapid customer acquisition and demand in new international markets (e.g., Spain, Germany) by managing and briefing local agencies to execute impactful, locally-relevant campaigns. Translating brand-led awareness campaigns, delivered by the central brand team and local marketing managers, into measurable customer acquisition and demand generation

    • Own and optimise the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximise profitable customer acquisition across channels
    • Oversee daily campaign management and optimisation, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively across channels
    • Test, learn and scale new acquisition channels, advertising tools, creative formats and audience strategies
    • Drive continuous improvement in CPA, ROAS, LTV and other key growth metrics
    • Scale and manage the affiliate marketing programme, identifying and growing relationships with high-performing partners who drive measurable conversions
  • Measurement & Attribution
    • Contribute to and lead the development and implementation of attribution frameworks (e.g. last-click, MMM, incrementality testing, data-driven models) tailored to different stages of growth and budget
    • Educate stakeholders on the pros, cons and trade-offs of different attribution approaches, ensuring investment decisions are well-informed
    • Build robust reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Agency & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with external performance marketing agencies, ensuring they are tightly aligned to strategy and accountable for results
    • Negotiate contracts, set clear performance KPIs, and oversee day-to-day delivery
    • Challenge and inspire agency partners to innovate, while keeping core knowledge and decision-making within the business
  • Collaboration & Team Growth
    • Work closely with Data, Product, and Finance teams to align on forecasting, testing, and reporting
    • Mentor junior team members, and help scale the performance marketing function as the company grows
