Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
• Proven experience and/or qualification in UX/UI design.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable, complex system solutions.
• Experience in designing wireframes and/or prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of BRDs and complex process flows.
• Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps.
• Produce and manage written requirements specifications.
• Work closely with development teams on solution design.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production.
• Provide consultative expertise internally and externally.

Skills

Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer experience

UX/UI design qualification

Basic SQL proficiency

Experience in designing scalable solutions
