Senior Paid Media Account Manager

Location : London (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Salary : £40,000 – £47,000

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling marketing agency that works with ambitious brands across e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle and professional services. They’re now looking for a highly capable Senior Paid Media Account Manager to take ownership of strategy, performance and client growth across major paid social and PPC platforms

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, commercially minded and confident leading client strategy while managing multiple accounts.

About the Role

As a Senior Paid Media Account Manager, you will lead strategic planning, oversee campaign execution and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction, performance frameworks and growth strategies, while mentoring junior team members when needed.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal performance, creative and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet and exceed client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy, planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, PPC annd other platforms.
  • Build advanced testing frameworks and creative strategies to maximise ROAS and scale client performance.
  • Own client relationships, delivering insights, recommendations and quarterly growth plans.
  • Oversee budget management, performance optimisation and funnel strategy to drive measurable improvements.
  • Produce high-level analysis and reporting, turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and propose strategic optimisations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to steer ad concepts, briefs and asset development.
  • Support or mentor junior members of the paid social team where appropriate.
Experience Required
  • Strong, hands-on experience managing Paid Social and PPC within an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to lead client strategy and deliver performance-focused results.
  • Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok optimisation, attribution and creative best practices.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting directly to clients.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and provide commercial recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior mentoring or team-support experience is beneficial but not essential.
