Job description

In this role, you'll lead our Front of House team, deliver an exceptional visitor experience, and coordinate site events. You'll manage engaging internal communications and provide proactive administrative support to the Senior Operations Director and wider operations team. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Front of House team, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Provide PA support to the Senior Operations Director and administrative assistance to the wider Operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel logistics, arranging on‑site and off‑site meetings, booking rooms, catering, hotels, guest travel, and handling VISA requirements.
  • Oversee internal communications for the Wilmslow site, managing digital screens and organizing site‑wide meetings and Global Town Hall events.
  • Plan and deliver large‑scale events, such as the Wilmslow Running Festival and visits from senior leadership and key customers.
  • Act as an ambassador and primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including local businesses, hotels, restaurants, and community groups, fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications
  • 3 GCSE's grade C's or above including English and Maths, discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues, the ability to demonstrate sensitivity when handling confidential information.
  • Management experience of a small team / reception.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to balance a range of different tasks and prioritise tasks.
  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Work on own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.

  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills and confident in using Microsoft Office.
