Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Programme and Project work.
• Ability to use Change Management methodologies effectively.
• Proven experience in Design Thinking in various environments.
• Ability to coach teams, managers, and leaders in Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpEx/CI activity across defined programmes and projects.
• Coach and mentor GPX consultants in OpEx/CI methodology.
• Support GPX consultants in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with business change teams to ensure CI activity is seamless.
