Overview

Night Care Leader
Location: Goodson Lodge, Hilperton Rd, Trowbridge BA14 7JG
Pay rate: Up to £15.22 per hour
Contracted hours: 36.75 Hours per week

Goodson Lodge is a purpose-built care home providing 24-hour specialist person-centred dementia care, residential care and respite care. You will join a team that is passionate about providing care with warmth and kindness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of carers, maintaining wakeful watch on the security and safety of residents and the home.
  • Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and that accurate records are maintained.
  • Manage the time of yourself and your team to support the wellbeing of residents.
  • Contribute to a positive, caring environment where residents and colleagues feel valued.
About You / Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for NVQ Level 3.
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care; keen to progress to greater responsibility; willing to undertake relevant training.
  • Positive role model with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team to deliver high-quality care.
