Job Description

The Senior NAM will manage a select portfolio of customers, leading commercial strategies and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans aligned with the company's overall strategy, regular communication with the sales leadership, and close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to set priorities, manage KPIs, and implement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience at a national account level in consumables, supplies, packaging, disposables, or similar sectors
  • Proven success in senior account management, including P&L management and joint business planning
  • Strong organizational, commercial, and financial skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with companies like Bidfood, Nisbets, or Alliance (desirable)
  • Excellent IT and Excel skills
  • Drive and ambition to meet targets
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility regarding location in England
What’s on Offer

Salary circa £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (DOE) plus car allowance, bonuses, and benefits.
