Attention all Senior Mechanical Design Engineers!

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well–established engineering design consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week in our clients London office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work on exciting an exciting range of projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

–Competitive salary range from 55,000– 70,000 (depending on experience).

–Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

–Lead mechanical design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client service.

–Ensure quality control across mechanical engineering projects company–wide.

–Manage project budgets and cost control.

–Oversee project and cross–functional teams.

–Attend client/project sites for meetings, surveys, and training.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

–Minimum Degree level in Mechanical Engineering.

–Extensive experience in building services consultancy design.

–Skilled in Microsoft office.

–Proven experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.

–String knowledge of Water Services, Heating / LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above– ground drainage and BMS.

Desirable:

–Chartered or working towards Chartership (IET or similar) preferred.

–Experience with thermal modelling, energy assessment, dynamic energy modelling software advantageous.

–Commercial sector knowledge and BIM experience are strong advantages.
