This prestigious offshore practice is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join its well-respected Litigation team in Jersey. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious matters, including trust disputes, insolvency and restructuring, commercial litigation, fraud, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and alternative dispute resolution, many of which involve complex cross-border elements. Applicants should possess 6+ years’ post qualification experience, ideally gained with a leading international or offshore law firm. You will bring a strong track record in commercial litigation, regulatory disputes or insolvency/restructuring work, supported by excellent academics and sound technical ability.
