Overview

A high-growth B2B SaaS company in the supply-chain transparency and compliance space is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead customer integrations across complex enterprise environments. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, customer success and sales, ensuring seamless adoption through robust, scalable integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the integration function
• Own pre- and post-sales technical integration conversations with clients
• Design and deliver data-flow integrations between the platform and customer systems (ERP, SAP, internal systems)
• Manage end-to-end customer integration projects, balancing hands-on delivery with advisory support

Core Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in system integration roles within B2B SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of APIs and ETL / data pipelines
• Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Comfortable creating architecture diagrams, data-flow mappings and technical specification
