Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff policies and employee guidance.
  • Foster staff culture, engagement, and well-being.
  • Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and staff inductions.
  • Ensure compliance processes and procedures are met.
  • Report HR data to the Board of Directors.
